The SUNY Downstate Department of Surgery is proud to welcome the incoming PGY1 class. The cohort has a remarkable list of accomplishments, including academic excellence and research productivity. The Department is excited to announce that three of the categorical positions include current preliminary residents, who did an outstanding job this past year.
