Annual Summer Rooftop BBQ: From Scalpels to Skewers

 The Department of Surgery recently hosted its Annual Summer Rooftop BBQ on September 4th at The Lois on Clarkson Avenue, bringing together residents, faculty, and staff for a memorable evening of food and fun!  

 

Guests enjoyed Sagar’s legendary kebabs and Pablo’s masterful grilling, while laughter and camaraderie filled the rooftop. The beautiful setting offered the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and celebrate our surgical community outside the hospital.  

 

 

Events like this highlight the strength of our residency family and the importance of connecting beyond the operating room. We look forward to many more of these gatherings that foster community, mentorship, and shared memories – nurturing more than just a workplace, but a home.
