The Critical Care Medicine Interest Group

The Critical Care Medicine Interest Group (CCMIG) is dedicated to increasing student exposure to the subspecialty of critical care medicine. The CCMIG will create opportunities for students to learn from and meet with intensivists working in intensive care units (ICU). Students will be introduced to the many academic paths to critical care medicine including anesthesiology, emergency medicine, internal medicine, surgery, and neurology.

The CCMIG aims to familiarize students with key clinical concepts in critical care medicine, provide hands-on-workshops, and connect students with research projects in critical care medicine.
