Students for Justice in Palestine

At Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) at Downstate, we are dedicated to the fight for the liberation of Palestine and the pursuit of justice against systemic oppression and apartheid that the Palestinian people endure. Our mission extends beyond raising awareness; we aim to educate our community about the interconnected networks of oppression that link Palestine to the global south, and those here in the United States.

We stand in solidarity with all movements against genocide and injustice to indigenous communities. Through education, activism, and community engagement, we seek to inspire and empower individuals to take action against the injustices faced by Palestinians and oppressed people worldwide. Join us in our commitment to justice, equity, and the struggle for a free and liberated Palestine.
