SUNY Downstate to Provide Free Flu Shots Dec. 29 – 30 and Jan 3

Brooklyn, NY - Free influenza vaccinations will be available at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 29 and Dec. 30, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and again on Sunday, Jan. 3 from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m.
This Family Flu Vaccine Clinic will offer both seasonal and H1N1 (“swine flu”) influenza vaccinations to adults and to children over the age of six months. (Only the injectable form of the vaccines will be available.)
The vaccinations will be given at SUNY Downstate’s University Hospital at Downstate, located at 445 Lenox Road, Brooklyn, New York, in Room B4-333. Please tell the security personnel in the Hospital Lobby that you are coming for an influenza vaccination and they will direct you to the proper location.
