SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING TITLE IX RELATED POLICIES
SUNY Downstate is in full compliance with current regulations issued by the United States Department of Education related to Title IX. The printed version of this handbook contains the regulations in effect at the time of publication, however, the United States Department of Education has issued new regulations which becomes effective on August 1, 2024. For the most up to date regulations, and any changes to our policies which may be impacted by these changes, visit this web site, where the most up to date policies are located.
