University Bookstore Return Policy

General:

Returned items must be in clean and re-sellable condition and accompanied by the original cash register receipt. Cash will be refunded for cash sales. A credit memo will be issued for check sales (or a cash refund after 15 business days). A credit will be issued for credit card sales.

Textbooks

Textbooks will be accepted for return within 3 business days from the beginning of each semester and 3 business days thereafter.

Exceptions

Publishers do not accept return of review books, reference, special orders and specially marked textbooks, and therefore sale of these items are final.

Special order clothing: Nursing Uniforms, Graduation Cap and Gowns, and custom imprinted items. All sales are final.

Medical Supplies and Diagnostic Equipment items are not returnable. All sales are final.

All Other Items

Other items will be accepted for return within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
