Meeting Rooms & Lounges

Student organizations who wish to reserve space in the Student Center should speak with the Director in 2-06 of the Student Center. Any department who wishes to use space must put in a request through Classroom services. The Student Center does not reserve space to any outside organizations.

All spaces in the Student Center can be used for study groups when they are not reserved. To know what room is available on a given day you can check the TV screen next to the front desk or ask a desk staff employee for assistance. To gain access to cords for the LCD projectors or dry erase markers please see the Student Center front desk.

The Recovery Room is a Student only lounge located right next to the Student Center entrance. This rooms contains multiple couches, high top tables and stools, a desk area and a television. This space can not be reserved for events.

The Conference Room seats up to 20 people. The room contains a dry erase board, LCD projector (you must bring your own laptop), pull down screen and a piano.

The Reading Room can seat up to 30 people. The room contains a dry erase board, LCD projector (you must bring your own laptop) and a pull down screen. The tables in this space can be moved to create more seating in rows or an open circle depending on your groups needs.

The Main Lounge is our largest space and its capacity varies depending on its set up. This space is used for lectures, coffee houses, holiday parties, training sessions and more. We have a variety of ways this area can be set up depending on the size of your group and activity. We have a pull down, a large screen TV and a portable LCD projector to use in this space.

The Card Room can seat up 10 people. This space contains tables, chairs and a piano.

The Student Center Patio is used for coffee houses, programs and informal gatherings. There are multiple benches and picnic tables for students to use to study or relax.
