To schedule an in-person or virtual appointment, or for other questions, email us at financialaid@downstate.edu (include your Student ID No.) or contact us by phone during normal business hours.
The Student Services Center Offices (Student Affairs, Financial Aid, and Registrar) will be working remotely from Monday, December 23 through Tuesday, December 31 and be closed on Wednesday, December 25 and Wednesday, January 1. In-person services will resume on Thursday, January 2nd. During this period, you can contact the offices via email for service or to make a virtual appointment. For Student Affairs, email studentaffairs@downstate.edu. For Registrar, email registrar@downstate.edu, and for Financial Aid, email financialaid@downstate.edu. We will respond to you during normal business hours. We wish you a happy and healthy holiday season and new year!
