General External Scholarships

Both merit-based and deed-based, the Cobell Scholarship is available to any student who is; an enrolled member of a US Federally-Recognized Tribe. |

The amount of each fellowship will cover tuition costs plus an additional $18,000 annual stipend. The Fellowship accepts applications from graduate students in any recognized field of study. |

Open to medical and dental students who have completed their first year of study, or occupational therapy/physical therapy/speech therapy/medical technology/pharmacy students who have completed a minimum of two years of study. |

Scholarships Based on Residency Status

Applicants must have resided within the boundary limits of Duryea, Avoca, Dupont, Pittston City, Pittston Township, Jenkins Township, Yatesville, Hughestown, Suscon, Old Forge, Taylor, Moosic and Ransom Township for at least one year prior to graduating high school and/or completing an application for the Horvat Foundation Scholarship. |
