Lower eyelid blepharoplasty – A lower eyelid blepharoplasty is a cosmetic surgery used to treat lower eyelid bags, wrinkles, and excess skin. A lower eyelid blepharoplasty can result in a rejuvenated more youthful appearance. This can be performed through a scarless incision on the inside of the eyelid (transconjunctival approach) and the outside of the eyelid hidden under the lashes (transcutaneous). Recovery involves bruising and swelling for a couple of weeks.

Eyebrow/forehead lift - A droopy eyebrow can contribute to a tired and heavy appearance of the eyelids. The eyebrow can be addressed through a blepharoplasty incision (internal browpexy) or an incision above the eyebrow (temporal brow lift). If there is significant forehead wrinkling, the brow may be treated by small incisions at the hairline (endoscopic brow lift) or a larger incision at the hairline (pretrichial brow lift).

Neurotoxin (Botox) -Neurotoxins, such as Botox, block muscles from contracting which allows the muscles to relax and soften unwanted wrinkles. Neurotoxin injection is most beneficial for dynamic wrinkles that occur with facial movement (Crow’s feet, frown lines, forehead wrinkles). The effect of injections last approximately three months.

Facial filler - Filler, most commonly composed of hyaluronic acid, can be injected to treat wrinkles and areas of volume loss to restore a youthful appearance. Common areas that can be treated include the tear trough (lower eyelid hollows), nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and lips. Results typically last 6-12 months and have a faster recovery than many surgical options.

Kybella - Kybella is a non-surgical technique used to reduce fat beneath the chin. Kybella, deoxycholic acid, is a bile acid produced by the body that works to dissolve fat cells. Several treatments spaced a month apart are often required for optimal results.
