Library Request

  1. Try to be as specific as possible. If you had trouble with a specific resource, journal, or book, provide the title.
  2. List the steps you took leading up to the problem. (e.g. which page you tried to access a resource from, what searh terms you used, etc).
  3. Try to be as exact as you can with any error messages you received.

There are connection problems related to multiple library resources. Users may have trouble with BMJ Best Practice, EndNote, SPSS, and SAS.

Users are also unable to access their personal accounts in Primo (although the search functions in Primo are still available).

The Information Services Department is aware of these problems and is working to resolve them.
