Pediatric Neurology Residency
The Division of Pediatric Neurology offers comprehensive care for children with a wide range of neurological diseases including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, headaches, head injury, autism, learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder, congenital malformations, and CNS tumors. We educate patients and their families about the disease and offer compassionate care.
The Division has a commitment to excellence in teaching and is highly supportive of both clinical and basic science research. Primary patient care is conducted at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, University Hospital of Brooklyn (UHB) and the Kings County Hospital Center (KCH). We are also affiliated with other academic institutions in Brooklyn such as Maimonides Medical Center.
