Chase on-campus ATM

One free-standing ATM is located in the BSB 430 Clarkson Ave Lobby (near Family Practice and Student Affairs). It is accessible 24/7 by DHSU and KCH Card holders.
Chase remotely monitors all ATM's for technical problems & malfunctions, so no telephone call to Chase is necessary to report problems. Customers can report specific ATM transaction problems by calling the main Chase customer service at 800-935-9935. Any questions with the on-campus ATM can be reported the CFO Office at (718-613-8449).
