Garage Demolition Update

To the Downstate Community,

The contractor conducting the demolition of the parking garage at the corner of Lenox Road and 34th/35th Streets has started this past week and will extend for the next 4-6 weeks.

Following demolition, material removal will continue for another two months.  Local roads will have increased truck traffic during this period.  Please be prepared for some noise and airborne dust while this work advances.   

We hope that this work will cause minimal disruption to your daily operations. We appreciate your continued patience and cooperation and will do our best to provide updates and complete the work within the time allotted.
