Brooklyn Health Equity Index

Downstate Health Sciences University is engaging in research to understand patient experience and advance health equity.  In collaboration with community members and healthcare providers across Brooklyn, we developed a 10-question survey called the Brooklyn Health Equity Index (BKHI).  Over the next year, the BKHI team will be reaching out to patients across the University Hospital at Downstate to request survey participation.  Say “YES” to the Brooklyn Health Equity Index!
