WellNYS Daily To-Do and Frontline Newsletter for November 2025
By Employee Assistance Program | Nov 5, 2025
A Note from the EAP Coordinator,
November is a month that invites us to pause, reflect, and find strength amid the challenges we face, both individually and collectively. As the world continues to navigate times of uncertainty, conflict, and change, it is more important than ever to lean on one another with compassion, empathy, and hope.
This month reminds us of the power of gratitude, community, and resilience. Whether we are observing Veterans Day, honoring Native American Heritage Month, or preparing for the season of giving and connection, November encourages us to reflect on what truly matters.
If current events or personal struggles feel overwhelming, remember that you are not alone. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is here to provide confidential support and resources to help you navigate life challenges and strengthen your well-being. Please reach out!
