Outlined below are Audio Visual equipment permanently installed in our Lecture Halls.
Please Note:
- All room and media requests must be made within at least two (2) business days before event.
- Classroom Service does not provide Laptops.
- Be sure to finalize your CD burn session.
- Be careful when using drag and drop at times only a short cut is copied.
- Avoid using specialized fonts when not using your own computer.

Mac user options for presenting

- Your own laptop and Connection accessories
- Presentation on a CD, USB flash Drive/memory stick
- Convert Keynote file to Power Point format (if using installed PC)
- Use standard fonts and slide transitions (if using installed PC)
