Who We Are
The Residency Program Coordinators Forum (RPCF) is an on-campus organization at State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Health Sciences University. It represents over 40 Graduate Medical Education (GME) residency program coordinators who serve as the administrators for over 55 residency and fellowship programs with over 900 residents and fellows.
The RPCF was founded in 2019 and is led by Ms. Juliet Arthur, Ms. Debra Owens, Ms. Natalie Arrindell, and Mr. Kino Williams.
Mission Statement
“We advocate for ourselves and each other.”
Mission
Our mission is to support the development of all residency program coordinators in the areas of professional development, residency education development, emotional and physical well-being, advocacy, and work-life balance. Our objective is to equip ourselves and each other with the necessary tools for productivity and positive morale. We believe that our objective makes working within the mission, vision, and values of SUNY Downstate a pleasant framework where we are able to speak a unifying language of success and manage each other up whenever we speak with or reference each other.
