Transportation and Shuttle Services
Shuttle Services to and from campus parking lots and transportation hubs are available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, during the following hours:
- 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- 2:00 PM until 1:30 AM
Shuttle s will depart at regular intervals from both the University Hospital (445 Lenox Road) and the Health Sciences Education building (395 Lenox Road) and make stops in a continuous loop at each of our campus parking lots and the following transportation hubs:
- Nostrand Ave. & Winthrop St. - IRT 2 & 5 Trains, B44 Bus
- Church Ave. & Nostrand Ave. - IRT 2 & 5 Trains, B35 & B44 Bus
- Church Ave. & East 18th St. - BMT B & Q Trains
There are three shuttle routes – RED, BLUE and GREEN. You will be able to see which route stops at your location.
On demand shuttle/transportation service is available during the following hours:
- 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM
- 10:00 AM until 2:00PM
Call Ext. 2626 (718-270-2626) to request on demand transportation service.
***Note*** All members of the Downstate community will be asked to tap their Downstate ID when boarding the shuttle. This information will be used to better understand and
track demand for shuttle services and not employee attendance.
