Concur/Direct Travel serves as the official travel agency for SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.

Direct Travel Services:

• Discounted car rentals and hotels through Enterprise corporate code and per diem rates
• Email and fax communication options

Profile Setup Instructions:

1. Profile Verification
   • Contact Cardservicses@downstate.edu for profile status check.
2. Existing Profiles:
   • The travel office provides login ID and sign-in link
   • At sign-in page: Enter username[firstname.lastname@suny.edu]
   • Click Next, Sign in with an email link
3. New Profiles:
   • Submit creation request to Cardservicses@downstate.edu
   • Await login credentials
4. Profile Configuration:
   • Access PROFILE SETTINGS
   • Navigate to TRAVEL PREFERENCES
   • Complete ARRANGER SETTINGS
   • Required fields marked with * or highlighted in red
   • Save each section before advancing
