The Brooklyn Kidney Club

This FREE patient club meets every 2 months to provide kidney education for those individuals who have chronic kidney disease, those who have had a kidney transplant, or those who are receiving dialysis treatment. The Club is open to all University Hospital of Brooklyn patients and members of the community.
