Celebrate Patient Safety Week with a project highlighting your patient safety, process improvement, or quality improvement project. 

The planning committee will select projects for oral presentation or poster sessions. Prizes will be awarded for top presentations!

Abstract Guidelines

• Select a project completed at Downstate Health Sciences University
• Abstracts should be formatted according to the Downstate WE ACT performance improvement methodology framework (see attached).

Abstract Selection Notification: January 30, 2026

Submitting authors will be notified by email. Additional instructions for formatting and presentations will be provided at that time.
