Training Verifications
Verifications are to be submitted only by sending an email at SurgeryResidency@downstate.edu
Please allow up to 15 days for processing requests.
We verify all residents and fellows who trained at SUNY Downstate Medical Center / Kings County Hospital in:
- Pediatric Surgery
- Plastic Surgery
- General Surgery
- Cardio Thoracic Surgery
- Vascular Surgery
- We DO NOT verify Neurosurgery graduates.
Fellowship graduates should also include proof of completion with a scan of their certificate.
