Members of underrepresented minority groups are encouraged to apply.

Applications are invited from physicians who have completed an accredited three-year residency program in internal medicine.

The Pulmonary Division accepts applications exclusively through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS). For application materials, you may contact the ERAS website. ERAS requires the following documents:

  • Transcript
  • Three Letters of Recommendation

In addition to the ERAS requirements, we require that you submit valid documentation of US immigration status (if applicable) as well as valid documentation of all relevant examinations. All applicants must have completed USMLE Steps I thru III by the time they enter fellowship. The deadline for considering applications varies from year to year but is generally in mid-August.

The Pulmonary and Critical Care Division participates in the Medical Specialties Matching Program of the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). Please complete an application online through ERAS.

For any additional information about the application process, please contact Ms. Shelly Anthony, our Program Administrator.
