This award is focused on the development of interprofessional education skills and the creation of a novel curriculum utilizing artificial intelligence / machine learning, telehealth, and “big data” to improve interprofessional geriatrics education and healthcare in Brooklyn NY

A five-year effort to expand and improve interprofessional geriatrics education and healthcare quality in Brooklyn, NY.
• NYS DOH01-COEAD-2015 Cohen (PD), Reinhardt (Assoc. Dir); Center of Excellence for Alzheimer’s Disease at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.
A five-year effort to expand and improve the clinical services, care quality, and care outcomes for patients / caregivers with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias across the New York City region.
