MyResearch

(formerly known as PACS)

MyResearch is a web-based tool for researchers to track all their research activities in one place. Starting in 2026 and throughout the year, researchers will be able to take advantage of the various modules to track their protocols, COI disclosures, agreements and applications using the same web-based tool.

Once all the modules are live, your study protocols and grants will be linked among the various modules. This move to the MyResearch suite brings us closer to a single, integrated platform for managing all of your research responsibilities, including the ability to link information among the Grants, Agreements, COI, IRB, and IACUC modules.

Access to the system is simple, using your downstate email and password.

Modules currently available:

COI - This is the module you'll log into to submit your annual disclosures and your Research-Initiated disclosures (when applicable). Investigators are responsible for updating their Annual disclosures in the COI module within 30 days of a change in a Significant Financial Interest (SFI).

Agreements - This is the module where we track all Data Use Agreements, NDAs/CDAs and Clinical Trial Agreements. This module is currently being used by the Clinical Trials team.

Grants - This is the module we use to track grant application details and award establishment. This module is currently being used by the Office of Sponsored Programs.
