Wellness Reminder

April is a season of renewal.  An opportunity to pause, reset, and refocus on what supports our overall well-being.  As we recognize Stress Awareness Month and Earth Month, it is a great time to reflect on how we manage stress, care for ourselves, and stay connected to our environment.  Small steps, like taking breaks, spending time outdoors, or setting healthy boundaries, can make a meaningful difference.  The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is here to support you with confidential assessments, referrals, and resources for your personal, financial, and workplace needs.  Take a moment this month to invest in your well-being......you deserve it.
