Notification of Award

An official notification of the financial aid awards are sent to applicants after they are formally admitted into a matriculated program and have filled a FAFSA for the appropriate academic year.

Students who submit late FAFSA applications may not receive award notification prior to the first day of classes. The award notification includes the amount of financial aid offered, the source of the aid, and the time period for which aid will be received.

The cost of attendance and the student's other identified or estimated financial resources are also included in the award letter. We urge students to read the award letter carefully.
