Clearance of Tuition Bill 

(If you have financial aid paying your full tuition bill)

Go to  Banner Self Service

Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.

Click Student Self-service

Go to Account Details

Select the term

Review your Charges

If your Financial aid covers your entire bill, your tuition bill is cleared and your registration is confirmed. (No further action is needed)

If you have applied and accepted your financial aid and it does not appear on your account, please contact financialaid@downstate.edu for assistance

Please be advised that upon formally registering for classes,  you have entered into a legally binding agreement to pay the stated tuition and fees. 

 

On-Line Tuition Bill Payment
(If you have an outstanding balance)

Go to  Banner Self Service

Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.

Click Student Self-service, If Student Self Service is not present click on View all cards.

Go to Account Details

Click Statement And Payment History

Select the Term

Review your Charges

If you have a balance to pay, Click Pay Now

(You will be redirected to the payment portal)
