  • Personal Statement

Prospective applicants are also kindly asked to fill this survey entirely and email it to (orthopaedic.surgery@downstate.edu). Your feedback will help us improve the Department's Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Training Program for current and prospective SUNY Downstate residents.

The deadline for receipt of all application materials is November 1st. Our interview day consists of an informal social night the day before the interview followed by formal interviews the following morning. Prospective applicants will be given a tour of the hospital, our research facilities, and will have an opportunity to meet with and ask current residents questions about the program.

If you have any questions regarding your application or our program do not hesistate to contact the residency program coordinator, Ms. Nina Jalowayski at (718) 613-8652 or email at nina.jalowayski@downstate.edu.
