The William McCormack, M.D. Scholarship Fund

Honoring the Dedication and Legacy of Dr. William McCormack, the retired Chief of the Infectious Diseases Division, Fellowship Program Director, and SUNY Distinguished Teaching Professor, the Division created this dynamic tribute to his nearly 30 years of service at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.

The purpose of THE WILLIAM McCORMACK, M.D. SCHOLARSHIP FUND is to annually reward successful scholarly projects by medical students at SUNY Downstate who are interested in the study of Infectious Diseases.
