Downstate Recognized Among Best Higher Education Websites of 2022

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University was among eight colleges and universities’ websites recognized by Modern Campus for excellence in website design and management.

Winners were chosen from over 700 postsecondary institutions’ websites powered by Modern Campus Omni CMS, the only content management system purpose-built for higher education. The winning websites were recognized for their effectiveness in providing students with informative content and engaging user experiences, driving conversions, maintaining interest, and improving enrollments.  

Congratulations to the New Media Services team in the Office of Communications & Marketing (OC&M), specifically web developer Aaron Cormier, new media specialist Sean Nurse, graphic designer Sean Thill, and director John Zubrovich, along with marketing director James Gerontzos, and the OC&M team’s combined herculean effort for making this recognition possible.
