Housing Tours Available!

We are now offering building tours for future residents! During normal business hours visitors must visit 395 Lenox Road to answer COVID-19 screening questions and obtain a wristband to enter the facility for your tour. Tour scheduling is preferred during by calling (718) 270-1466 to alert us of your desired arrival time.

After 5pm and during weekend hours visitors must visit 450 Clarkson Avenue to answer COVID-19 screening questions and obtain a wristband to enter the facility. >Weekend tour scheduling is required.

The Tour Schedule starting as of March 29th will be the following:

• Tuesdays - 5pm to 7pm
• Thursdays - 11am - 1pm
• Saturday - 12pm - 2pm

Resident Guest Policy Update

Effective immediately residents of 811 & 825 NYA may host guest(s) as described on pages three and four of the 2020–2021 Residential Life & Services Student Handbook provided guest(s) have presented a valid CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or a current NYS Excelsior Pass to the Security Officer upon signing in.
