Residential Life & Services — A Safe, Convenient, Community

Our Mission
To provide a safe and secure living environment that supports our students' academic and personal success. We accomplish this through well-maintained facilities and excellent customer service.

Our residential community is an inclusive, academically supportive environment that emphasizes both individual freedom and community responsibility. We seek to foster a space where students build lasting connections throughout their academic journey and beyond.

Our professional staff works to foster personal growth and development beyond the classroom. Supported by full-time custodial staff, as well as our campus partners in Facilities Management & Development and University Police, we ensure a safe, secure, and clean environment for all residents.

Our Facilities
Located at 811 and 825 New York Avenue—directly across from academic buildings—our two residence halls accommodate up to 400 students. Housing assignments for the academic year are finalized at the end of the spring semester, and all residents complete an academic-year license agreement. Detailed policies and procedures can be found in the Residential Life and Services Student Handbook.
