Individual Coverage

Students will pay the individual coverage premium at registration. Students may choose to purchase additional coverage for dependents (spouse and/or children) by directly contacting the broker and paying the additional premium to the carrier. Enrollment forms are available in the Student Services Center, Basic Sciences Building Room 1-112.
