Lab facilities - we have fully functional and updated computer labs with necessary resources which is always accessible to students. We also have dedicated servers that provide authorized students remote access to selected software resources to complete course related assignments.

Flexible - our program can be completed on a part-time or full-time basis. The program is mostly offered in the evening which is suitable for working professionals to complete the program while keeping their day jobs.

Brooklyn Free Clinic experience - Downstate's students run a free clinic in Brooklyn that provides free health care services to the underserved population in the community. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain exposure to the real-world health care setting. Students can also participate in various activities at this facility to enhance their clinical hands-on experience.
