Research and Thesis Capstone Experience

All students complete a three-course thesis/capstone sequence in which they design, implement, and evaluate a behavior-analytic research project under faculty supervision. This experience develops research fluency, critical thinking, and prepares students to contribute meaningfully to applied behavior analysis.

The sequence includes: ABA 6009, ABA 6010, and ABA 6011.

Students receive guidance on identifying research topics, designing ethical and methodologically sound studies, and analyzing and disseminating results. Projects may be conducted within practicum settings or other applied contexts. Students are encouraged to present or publish their work when appropriate.
