Maimonides Cancer Center is the program’s primary rotation site for our residents. Residents work with state-of-the-art equipment, board certified physicians and board certified medical physicists to provide every patient with highest quality and attention to individual needs. Residents are trained in CNS, GI, PEDS, GU, Lung, Head-and-Neck (Brachy), Breast, Lymphoma, Myeloma, Leukemia, GYN, Sarcoma, Hepatobiliary, Skin (Brachy).

Kings County Hospital Center

Kings County Hospital Center (KCHC) is a Level I trauma center adjacent to University Hospital of Brooklyn. Residents are exposed to general inpatient and outpatient radiation oncology which focuses on Breast, CNS, Head and Neck, Hepatobiliary, GI, GU, GYN, Leukemia, Lung, Lymphoma, Myeloma, Sarcoma, and Skin, SBRT, GYN (Brachy) and Eye Plaque.

Brooklyn Veterans Affairs Medical Center

The Brooklyn VA in located on the Fort Hamilton army base, the only active military base in New York City and the home to the Army Corps of Engineers and the New York National Guard. Residents work alongside the Program Director, Dr. David Schwartz on a wide variety of case type in general inpatient and outpatient radiation oncology Rotation which include Breast, CNS, Head and Neck, Hepatobiliary, GI, GU, GYN, Leukemia, Lung, Lymphoma, Myeloma, Sarcoma, and Skin (Brachy).

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center — the world’s oldest and largest private cancer center — has devoted more than 130 years to exceptional patient care, innovative research, and outstanding educational programs. Today, we are one of 50 National Cancer Institute–designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers, with state-of-the-art science flourishing side by side with clinical studies and treatment. Residents complete rotations in Head and Neck (Brachy), PEDS, SBRT and SRS.
