Application Information

There is one infectious diseases pharmacy resident position available to an eligible candidate.

Applications will be accepted through PhORCAS, the web-based pharmacy residency application system. The deadline for application is January 7th.

Applicants interested in the program should submit the following materials through PhORCAS:

  • Curriculum vitae
  • All college transcripts
  • Three references
  • Letter of intent

All applicants must be registered with the National Matching Service. Information on eligibility and registration may be found at ASHP Resident Matching Program.

Pre-requisites for PGY2 program: Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited school or college, successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy residency, and eligibility for New York State licensure.
