Application Information

There are two pharmacy practice resident positions available to eligible candidates.

Applications will be accepted through PhORCAS, the web-based pharmacy residency application system. The deadline for application is January 7th.

Applicants interested in the program should submit the following materials through PhORCAS:

  • Curriculum vitae
  • All college transcripts
  • Three references
  • Letter of intent

Interested applicants are encouraged to register with Personnel Placement Service (PPS) and schedule an interview with the Residency Program Director, or contact the Program Director directly in advance of the Midyear Clinical Meeting. All applicants must be registered with the National Matching Service. Information on eligibility and registration may be found at ASHP Resident Matching Program.

Pre-requisites for PGY-1 program: anticipated Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited school or college and eligibility for New York State licensure.
