The Office of Contracts and Procurement is the department at Downstate Health Sciences University responsible for New York State funded procurements, ensuring that we get the highest quality goods and services while abiding by all the New York State laws and regulatory requirements governing State procurements. We provide professional and courteous customer service in supporting our education, patient care and research missions. We strive to increase opportunities for New York State Certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises, Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development and locally owned businesses reflecting the diversity of the local community.
