(Under Construction) Purchasing the standard configurations of Windows desktops, laptops and monitors on Dell Premier site will include the Downstate discounts and does not need additional approval. Please create a helpdesk ticket if online purchase is intended.
Downstate faculty and staff may license software at a substantial discount.

Printers
All printer purchases must be submitted through a helpdesk ticket with Printer Request Form signed by department head or administrator. If the printer location is not on the allowed list, It must be approved by Print Management Committee according to SUNY Printing Policy and Procedure before a quote is provided.
