Population-level RNA and DNA sequencing across millions of cells simultaneously. Ideal for differential gene expression studies, variant calling, epigenomics, and large-cohort designs requiring high depth and coverage.

10x Genomics Single Cell
Fresh • Frozen • FFPE
Resolve cellular heterogeneity at single-cell resolution. We support fresh, cryopreserved, and FFPE tissue samples, bringing single-cell transcriptomics to archival and clinical specimens across a wide range of tissue types and conditions.

10x Spatial Transcriptomics
Visium • In-Tissue Gene Expression • FFPE Spatial
Map gene expression directly within intact tissue architecture. Our 10x Visium platform preserves the spatial context of gene expression, critical for characterizing tumor microenvironments, brain regions, and developmental tissue gradients.

Oxford Nanopore Sequencing
Long-Read • Real-Time • Direct RNA
Ultra-long read sequencing for structural variant detection, full-length isoform characterization, epigenetic base modification calling (methylation), and real-time adaptive sequencing. Ideal for applications where short-read platforms fall short.
