Dr. Kirwin is a board certified Vascular and General Surgeon and a member of the faculty since 1994. After retiring from Kings County Hospital Center in 2021, he became the Clerkship Director for Surgery for the Medical School and sees patients on a weekly basis in all areas of vascular surgery.
