- Step 2: Submit a Mentor Sign up form before you start the rotation
- Step 3: At the end of the 4 weeks, students need to complete the REP End of Project Summary. Students complete this form upon approval from your research mentor at the end of the assignment.
- Step 4: The mentor will complete a REP Student evaluation form. The mentor must complete the evaluation form to submit your grade.
For guidance on what to include in your paper, please talk with your mentor about the guidelines for mentors document (found in Blackboard). They will help you determine what to include in each applicable category.
