The SUNY Downstate Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program offers flexible scheduling options designed to meet the needs of working professionals and full-time students alike. Whether you're looking to complete your degree as quickly as possible or prefer a more balanced pace, our program provides the flexibility to fit your career and personal commitments.

Brooklyn Track
The Brooklyn Track offers a flexible, campus-based or distance-learning experience, allowing students to complete the MHA degree in as few as four semesters. There is no required in-person attendance, although students are welcome to attend most classes on campus if they choose.

Bryant Park Track
The Bryant Park Track combines flexible scheduling with a cohort-based experience that encourages networking, collaboration, and professional relationship building. To foster meaningful connections among students and faculty, students are required to attend one class in person each semester during the program's initial cohort experience.
18-Month Track: One in-person class per semester during the first Fall and Spring semesters.
2-Year Track: One in-person class per semester during the first Fall, Spring, and second Fall semesters.
After these required in-person sessions, students have greater flexibility in how they complete the remainder of the program.
