OPENLink – Backup Agent Reinstall & Server Reboot

Please be advised that the Information Services and Technology Department will be performing quarterly maintenance on SUNY’s OPENLink Interface Engine.  All interfaces will be down; expected downtime is 60 minutes.

 Date/Time of Maintenance:   Wednesday July 2, from 12:30am – 01:30am

 What does this mean to you?

• We are anticipating downtime for 60 minutes during the server maintenance.
• All Interfaces will be down.
• Please observe all appropriate Downtime Procedures.
