Dr. Singh is Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at SUNY Downstate. Her areas of clinical expertise include infectious diseases and HIV primary care. Dr. Singh completed her medical education at Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi University in India. She completed residency in ophthalmology at Delhi University's Guru Nanak Eye Center. She then did residency in internal medicine at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and fellowship in infectious diseases at SUNY Downstate.

Following fellowship, she worked at Bronx Care as an attending physician and associate program director for the internal medicine residency program. She joined the department of medicine and division of infectious diseases at Downstate in March 2020 and has been providing care to people living with HIV at the STAR Health Center. She is the lead physician for quality improvement at the STAR Health Center and also teaches clinical skills in a small group format at the College of Medicine at Downstate.
