Saren Ahearn, PT, DPT, Dip ACLM

Saren Ahearn, PT, DPT, Dip ACLM, graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy and a transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She is board certified as a Lifestyle Medicine Professional from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She has over 10 years' experience as a staff and senior physical therapist, with extensive experience treating patients with a variety of cardiopulmonary conditions in acute, rehab and outpatient settings, as well as patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Ahearn’s research interests include exploring health and wellness education in physical therapy program curricula and associated student outcomes. She is also interested in the influence of personal and environmental factors on physical activity. Her teaching responsibilities include Cardiovascular/Pulmonary Physical Therapy, Patient/Client Management II, and Administration and Supervision in PT.
